Diabetic foot assessment & care
A thorough check of circulation and sensation, careful nail and skin care, and a written record you can show your GP or diabetes nurse. Regular monitoring is how small problems stay small.
Evenings until 8pm (+£10) · next-day usually possible
What this actually is
If you have diabetes, your feet are not a cosmetic matter. Reduced sensation means you can damage a foot and not feel it. Reduced circulation means it heals slowly, or does not. That is the whole reason diabetic foot care exists as a distinct thing, and why it needs someone qualified to assess it rather than someone qualified to cut nails.
I check the pulses in both feet, test sensation with a monofilament, look carefully for any breakdown in the skin, between the toes and under the callus where it hides — and I write down what I find, so you have a record to show your GP or diabetes nurse.
Then I do the nail and skin care itself, carefully, with the sharp end kept well away from anything that should not be cut. And if I see something that needs a doctor, I will tell you plainly, put it in writing, and help you get seen. That is the part that matters most.

Who this is for
Anyone living with diabetes, type 1 or type 2. Especially if nobody has looked at your feet in a while.
Book diabetic foot care at your home
I will ring or text to confirm, usually the same day. Nothing is charged now and nothing is booked until we have spoken.
Would you rather just ring?
Plenty of people would, and that is completely fine. If you would rather explain it out loud than type it into a box, ring me.
Call 07359 729115When I work
Monday to Friday
9.30am – 2pm
5pm – 8pm (+£10)
Next-day appointments can usually be arranged. Ring before 2pm.
Paying
Card or cash at the appointment, or online beforehand if you prefer. Nothing is taken now, and the price is the same either way.
Two of you at home?
A second person at the same address is £50. Mention it in the box and I will allow the time.
Not sure this is the one?
Then do not agonise over it — that is genuinely my job, not yours. Book an initial consultation and we will work it out together, or ring me and ask.
Initial consultation & foot assessment
Your first visit. I take a full history, examine your feet properly, and treat what I find on the day. You will not be asked to book again just to get the treatment you came for.
Foot health treatment
The everyday appointment most people come back for: toenails cut and tidied, corns removed, hard skin and callus reduced, cracked heels treated. One booking, whatever your feet need on the day.

Ingrown toenail treatment
Conservative treatment for a painful nail — the offending spike removed, the nail edge cleared and dressed. Most people walk comfortably again the same day.
Nail surgery
For a toenail that keeps coming back. A minor procedure under local anaesthetic at your home, with the phenol treatment that stops it regrowing. £395 all in — £50 at the consultation, the rest only if you go ahead. All follow-ups included.
