Podiatry for care homes and sheltered housing
One visit, several residents, one invoice, and a rota that means nobody gets forgotten. Delivered by an HCPC-registered Podiatrist across Northwood, Pinner, Watford, Rickmansworth, Harefield and the surrounding area.
Why this matters more than it looks
Foot care in residential settings is one of the easiest things to let slide and one of the most expensive to let slide. An unmanaged diabetic foot becomes an ulcer, an ulcer becomes an admission, and an admission becomes a safeguarding conversation.
Registered, not unregulated
Podiatrist is a title protected by law and requires HCPC registration. Many people offering foot care to homes are foot health practitioners — an unprotected title with no set qualification, not permitted to assess a diabetic foot or use local anaesthetic.
Records you can actually show
Every resident is assessed individually and gets a written record. That is your evidence at inspection, not just a tidy pair of feet.
Escalation when it is needed
Circulation and sensation are checked as part of the visit. Where something needs a GP or a vascular referral, I will tell you plainly and put it in writing.
How a residential package works
You tell me the numbers
How many residents, where, and how often. Fill in the form below or just ring me.
I come and look
A free visit to see the setting, meet you, and understand what your residents actually need.
A written proposal
Costed properly for your numbers and frequency. Residential pricing is not single-visit pricing, and it should not be.
A standing rota
Booked in advance, worked around your meal and medication rounds. Nobody gets missed.
I have capacity right now. This is the part of my week I am actively building, so a new home can usually be started within a fortnight rather than a quarter.
Request a tailored package
The more you tell me, the more useful my proposal will be. Nothing here commits you to anything — I will come and look for free either way.
Would you rather just talk it through?
Ring me. Five minutes on the phone will tell us both more than a form will.
